HELLO SUPERSTARS!

Download Your Current Member Resources by August 31

The Seize the Training Day member resources are changing.

There are currently 16 downloadable resources available to you. Sign in, choose the ones you want, and download them by August 31.

After August 31, these downloads will be phased out as I introduce the new evergreen program collection and begin rotating in new practices and programs.

The training videos and exercise libraries are not going away. This change applies only to downloadable guides and program resources.

Your membership is not a storage archive. It is a living training experience. Use what is available, practice it, and keep coming back for what is next.

Sign in and download your current resources before August 31! ⬇️

You go to the store with good intentions. Then somehow the chocolate, candy or other temptation jumps into your cart—and suddenly you're eating it in the parking lot.

That's why tracking isn't only about calories and macros.

Tracking teaches you to notice the choices that usually happen automatically. The temptations. The impulses. The little extras you'd rather leave out of your journal. That's where awareness begins.

READY TO PRACTICE?

Go to Fighterdiet Academy and download the current Defeed → Refeed Practice Protocol.

Fighterdiet Academy is built as an ongoing practice. Practice #1 leads to Practice #2, then Practice #3—and we keep going.

Each practice gives you a system to follow now, so you can stop collecting diet information and start applying it.

Download the current practice. Follow the protocol. Come back for the next one.

Transform your mind. Transform your body.

Give your shoulders and upper back 10 minutes of focused self-care.

Follow along as I use an S-Hook massage tool to work around the shoulder blades, upper back, traps, rhomboids and pecs, using pressure and cross-friction to find tight areas and work through them.

No S-Hook? You can use your hands, although a massage tool can make hard-to-reach areas easier to access.

Set your timer for 10 minutes and follow along.

DIET STARTS MONDAY. AGAIN?

You start a diet. You promise yourself this time you'll stick to it.

Then you fall off — and Monday becomes another fresh start.

Sound familiar?

The diet changes. The pattern doesn't.

If you don't love your diet, you'll leave your diet.

Fighterdiet Academy teaches you how to break the cycle. One simple lesson at a time, learn to understand your mind your choices and your body — and build a diet life plan you actually want to stay on.

Guides are waiting for you now. And new lessons keep coming. Because your diet doesn't end. It's a daily part of your life.

Keep learning new ways to understand it, enjoy it and make it work for you.

Master your mind. Master your body.

Love your diet for life.

20 reps. 20 seconds rest. Repeat until you hit 100.

Stay in position during the short rest periods instead of resetting between sets. This keeps the glutes working and turns a simple movement into a serious 100-rep challenge.

This workout is FREE and is also part of my upcoming 100 REPS Challenge: 5 exercises. 100 reps. 5 days a week.

One exercise today. A complete training system is coming.

Welcome to POBO Practice – Lesson 1.

The practice guide will be released sept 1!

The Golden Rule of Fighterdiet is simple:

Prevent Overeating by Overeating (POBO).

This first practice lesson introduces the concept and teaches you how to use different meal sizes to stay satisfied while staying within your calorie budget. The goal isn't perfection—it's learning through practice.

In this lesson you'll learn:

  • What POBO is and why it works

  • How to practice different meal sizes

  • How to build satisfying meals

  • How to begin your first DEFEED practice

Be sure to download the accompanying POBO Practice Guide, which includes:

  • Step-by-step practice instructions

  • Sample meal sizes

  • Four POBO recipes

  • A dessert recipe

  • Your first structured REFEED meal

This is Lesson 1 of the POBO Practice series. Once you've completed this lesson and practiced the guide, continue with POBO Practice – Lesson 2 to build on what you've learned.
