When life's not following your plan and the plan fails..What do you do?Make a plan that is based on real life, not the ideal life we have in the mind!

What is the Fighterdiet? Here's a glimpse back in time when Fighterdiet was the nutrition system I coached hosting Body Transformation Challenges 2014-2025.Diet means way of life. Why did I leave the Body & Diet Culture despite it's great success in body transformations with thousands of before and after Fighterdiet testimonials and client satisfaction? The marketing of what to me is the daily practice and a rewarding lifestyle I love to live with no end.Everyone knows nobody lasts on a diet, everyone quits in the end. For a healthy body and a happy mind, that quitting results in rapid fat regain, depression and body negativity. The start date and end date stimulates individuals to sign up, commit to extreme training protocols and dietary willpower in a stressful environment. The before and after collages people get inspired by stimulate outrageous body transformation goals.I left the circus because I wanted to teach real body transformation. Real transformation requires daily practice with no planned end date for a finished body product you can maintain as if it's a car to keep in the garage now and then for a Sunday drive to show off your impressive luxury ride.Real body transformation takes realization it is a lifestyle and you live it until you die.Notice, diet until you die? That means you must want to enjoy the Nature of living a Life of healthy eating and exercise or you'll never succeed to maintain your results.Real Body Transformation does not show up in weekly photo comparison shots.Real Body composition improvement does not show up the way you want in photos, on a scale or in the mirror.Real Body Transformation evolves with a butterfly effect.Every day you set your mind right to keep up the daily habits of diet, exercise and managing your feelings. When you keep practicing the daily way of life your body naturally takes shape of it more and more. Each day living the fitness lifestyle serves as a repetition of what you want to see in the mirror. This is why I say live the fit feeling, then your body will become the look of it.The only thing you can maintain is the lifestyle. Life does not stand still, neither does your physical body. When you realize this you understand why a Body Transformation challenge does not reflect reality, it provides a glimpse into what it takes to build a strong, healthy for life.So what is the true challenge then? What do you do to succeed at body transformation? You keep training, you keep practicing balancing nutrition for body results and eating for the pure joy of food and you commit to keep it interesting!Thank you for being willing to master the essence of what Diet means in Latin: Way of Life. Welcome to my Fighterdiet Academy!
