THE BACK MUSCLE LOVE HANDLES WORKOUT

Do you want to create the illusion of a tiny waist and build a classic physique silhouette?

Awesome. That is one of my favorite things to work on: muscle details I build one training day at a time.

In this video, I show you how I target my lats and, in particular, how I try to find the exact area I want to wake up and build thicker.

Something to know about me, your trainer and coach, Pauline: when I find a body part I want to chisel, I make a training program for it.

It is that natural “fitness life happens by the moment” way I live—and now you’re in it.

My moment of:

“Wait. Where are my lower lats hiding?! I can’t see you!”

turned into my current training love story.

I’m all into building my muscle love handles right now, and I’m creating a new 4-week 4-12-1 Back Training program for you to try once I’ve completed my own program and made sure it is productive, efficient, and actually moving me toward more muscle mass exactly where I want it.

Now remember: nobody builds a significant amount of new muscle in a few weeks unless you’re a beginner with the gene pool of a muscle monster.

Strength gains usually show up before noticeable increases in muscle size.

So hang in there and start thinking in terms of training periods instead of expecting every few weeks to produce a completely different physique.

Keep progressing. Keep accumulating productive training. Keep making muscle gains.

If you’re serious about building your own fitness physique, make one of the most important commitments you can make to yourself:

INVEST A WHOLE YEAR IN YOUR MASTERPIECE.

And don’t let yourself off the hook because building takes time.

You have your whole life to keep building your body.

There is no urgency.

The training, eating, sleeping, practicing, adjusting, and showing up all accumulate. Eventually you look at your body and have real evidence of a transformation that was built by YOU—one training day at a time.

So keep training.
Keep working it.
Keep enjoying the daily lifestyle of:

EAT. TRAIN. SLEEP. REPEAT.

Welcome to my POBO dinner for the night!

This is my real Fighterdiet home cooking.

Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated.

I make a huge batch of vegetables, season them, add measured Parmesan and turn it into a dinner that gives me the food volume I want.

If you eat less than I do, even better.

You now have rollover vegetables ready for tomorrow.

That is part of keeping Fighterdiet super simple: cook enough once so you do not need to start over at every meal.

I also practice what I call conscious ignorance.

I do not obsess over measuring cauliflower, garlic and seasoning.

But I do measure the foods I know can quickly add a lot of calories, like Parmesan and oil.

Know what matters.

Measure what matters.

Keep the rest simple.

Then I build in the foods I actually want.

I like dessert at night, so I make a high-volume protein dessert instead of designing a diet around pretending I do not have cravings.

That is POBO in practice:

Prevent Overeating By Overeating.

Create enough satisfying food volume, get your protein, account for your calories and build a routine you actually want to repeat.

This is also what I want you to see as we move into more Fighterdiet practice together.

You are not here just to follow another meal plan for a few weeks.

I want you to learn the system behind it so you can practice it in your own life.

We will also be practicing Defeed 2 Refeed and Master the POBO over and over with different protocols and meal plans I'm creating for you!

Gain muscle.

Get lean.

Stay lean.

Keep it super simple.

Keep practicing!

WIDER LATS BACK WORKOUT: LOWER LATS FOCUS

This is one of my back training workouts I use to build wider lats, with extra focus on the lower lat area.

You can’t pinpoint or completely isolate one part of a muscle, but I can change my setup, execution and focus to try to emphasize an area more.

I pay attention to where I feel the movement, whether I’m getting stronger, and whether I see more muscle development and definition over time.

That’s how I train as a bodybuilder.

I build my body by paying attention to detail and continuing to target the areas I want to develop more.

This is how I build and chisel my physique!

In this workout, I’m focusing on my lats and trying to get more out of the lower lat area.

Check out my back training workouts designed to build muscle size, not just strength.

If you want to gain muscle and build your body according to your own physique goals, you need consistency. That’s why I recommend trying my way and committing to at least 3 months of focused back training.

I love training my back. I always want wider lats to flex.

If you can relate, let’s go.

HELLO SUPERSTARS!

Happy Monday! How are you doing?

We’re starting week two of 4-12-1 | 100 REPS. How’s it going?

Here’s my training tip from yesterday:

WHY DO I TRAIN ONLY MY LEFT GLUTE?

Because I’m always working on something.

This body is my unfinished forever project.

I don’t train because I believe I’ll eventually reach some perfect finished version of myself. Perfection doesn’t exist in bodybuilding.

I train for the pursuit.

I look at my body, decide what I want to improve, and train accordingly. Right now, that means giving my left glute extra work.

That’s what training is to me.

Observe. Adjust. Work. Repeat.

There is always something to improve, something to learn, and another reason to show up.

This body is my unfinished forever project.

And hey—did you check out your Member Starter Bundle and the updates?

I’ve been working on the descriptions, categories, and navigation to make everything easier to browse and find.

Take a look around and let me know: Is it easier to find what you’re looking for now?

See what’s current. Do the work. Keep going.

Seize the Training Day!!!

Leah F. How is your training going today? Did you try the 4-12-1 100 REPS program that is the current training program?
