3 Body transformation reminders:

  1. It takes longer time to notice progress in your body undressed compared to your body  dressed. Enjoy the changes you see and feel wearing your clothes  for a long time before you can expect the same feeling undressed.

  2. Focus on building strength and GAIN muscle definition, skip “losing weight” and “lose fat”. It’s more encouraging with adding positive than focusing on losses.

  1. It’s tough to start a body transformation journey without falling for perfectionism, you should prepare for setbacks and not always doing what you know is the best for you. You’re not giving yourself a pass to be too relaxed, you’re preventing feeling lost and in despair when/if/in case you drift away from your plan.

Bonus tips:

Keep in mind how challenging it truly is to make changes that last. If it wasn’t you’d not be here with need for support, help and encouragement. ❤️

The more you practice the less imperfect your routine will become.

The key is not to achieve perfection, it’s key to strive for learning better ways.

It’s essential to let go of believing the ideal is to never eat anything off plan or to never skip training, instead look at what ideal is for real: keep going keep relearning and keep growing.

Life’s a school not a graduation. ❤️

It’s really SEIZE the training day!

On today’s nature walk I had my mind filled with thoughts about my escaping from doing my work tasks and to do lists for building my website, edit and adjust my services, promote it, keep up with it and making the Fighterdiet recipe app into a book.

I processed my stress during the walk + completing 10 min laughter meditation on that walk, I came to clarity about what I gotta do:

I I can’t procrastinate the tasks only  I can do, I gotta find the peace and quiet necessary to have joy in the work.

it’s really fun work for me to pick pictures, add descriptions, set up domains, and add booking appointments for clients, to expand and grow my business, but not when I’m juggling too many areas.

Lately I’ve been heavily working on social media for myself and for my sister, while not having any work peace for my own domains.

I’m relocating my business too to Europe and sweden, it’s all that paperwork and appointments and getting my business set up. I’ve been living in USA for 20 years, this is chapter 4 in my different country living; sweden, Los Angeles, Miami back to LA now Scandinavia. It takes time to start from nothing and go from here, been there done that many times so I give myself grace. And understanding.

The main reason I promote on social media is to be discovered by potential clients, like you here.

If I don’t post I am not seen.

I rely on my organic reach to be visible in feeds, it’s time consuming and eats up my hours.

I meet my one on one clients online and that’s time spent on individuals who I love to work with and build relationships for a happy and healthy life and self relationship.

I’ve been having more clients join my laughter yoga during our calls too and it’s amazing to laugh together! I truly truly love that connection.

I love my work, I love what I do.

I just feel overwhelmed with the volume of daily things I want to complete and I’m not finding myself go to the desktop and focus without a daily upkeep of all the self promotion.

I come in here happily and post in my private community, I feel no pressure or anxiety or stress from this. It’s my outlet, my oasis.

But what if nobody knows I’m here? Then it won’t be a community of happy women who love to be themselves and enjoy life with this place to stay in touch with.

So, to keep a long story less long, I’m taking a week off from posting my self promotion updates on social media, I need to build my website and organize all I offer with my mind body happy life subscription.

I’ll feel much  less overwhelmed when it’s been done to represent my current fitness wellness healthy eating mindset self relationship coach & trainer life.

I know I’ll find new energy with that cloud no longer over me of GOTTA DO pressure.

Then, I have my 500 recipes to turn into a book project. I see it as a closing chapter on Fighterdiet as in “a fitness body diet” so it becomes what it truly is: a way of eating for a healthy body, dance to the rhythm of hunger & appetite and understand the intervals of feast & fasting to find ones healthy body for a happy healthy life.

These nutrition consultations I offer clients are much more oriented about how to stop starving and start eating + learn your own way of it than it ever was in tracking calories or count macros.

I’m glad Fighterdiet is finally going to be ITSELF; the freedom from all diets, it’s the one diet that fights diet culture, it focuses on the mind to master the body not the mind policeing the body.

I’m planning on one week to at least get going with most of my website, to add more of my life philosophy in wellness and strength training that’s about real fitness life living rather than keep overdoing workouts for no benefits.

To you all who support my presence Here, I’m forever grateful for all the help you give me by spreading the word to your friends and post about your mind and body training with me.

It means the world to me!

Thank you for being here!

Real glute training my way?

The toughest kind of glute training that I do is the one that most people feel is not adequate.

All those years of ignoring the higher rep sets or the sets that take a little bit longer than 10 seconds are more brutal and require more discipline than going and doing heavy barbell squats.

There's a difference between the options in glute training, but I really want you to try to do it my way, which is a lot of glute training with resistance bands.

Not only can you travel and keep fit and work on your strength training with the appropriate loading, you will also be able to keep on building muscle mass without loading the bar with weights.

Sometimes I feel that the whole dogma or the protocol of always training heavy is just irritating me! What if I’m not into it? I got other things to do!

I'm thinking that might be great for overall strength and density of body mass of my bones, but there's more to life and ways to do it than to just strength train.

This is strength training without the dumbbells, the weights; it is different. I feel much more excited about my training, and I also enjoy the feeling of that kind of training more than just having the barbell squats, the dumbbell lunges.

It gives me more freedom in my training.

The challenge with glute training with bands is it will require you to dig deep.

It's the burn; it's the feeling of "I just don't wanna keep going"; that is part of it, so it's tougher for me to do my banded work when I put myself into it than to do the non-banded.

It's too inefficient for me, too easy to do no bands, so fire hydrants without any bands is not gonna be enough.

I have to go in and be motivated and psych myself up and do my training with my bands.

Right now I'm setting myself up to do my so-called heavy, as in tough, sets with my heavy glute bands, and that is psyching myself up to do it.

It's not easy, light training; I gotta be in the moment and do my best.

What I feel is the most challenging part with glute training is to get out of this ego training that, if it's not the barbell, if it's not the gym, then you're not gonna put in the effort needed.

It's not really the training style; it's just mentally; you kind of don't think, you don't believe in it somehow. It's not as worth your time, so my clients, including myself, will realize you have so much muscle potential to grow when you start training smart and see the challenge of keeping up with, for instance, glute work with bands.

It's gonna be the way to gain muscle, not just pains in your lower back, pains in your joints.

I go with what I enjoy doing, plus I wanna gain strength, plus I wanna gain muscle on my terms.

That's why I love to periodize my training, and right now I just want to train the way. It's not heavy loading with a lot of pump training with higher reps; its heart rate increases a lot, so I can skip cardio and doing sets of 45-60 seconds and speed definitely does that for me.

I am beyond training in a certain way and holding on to it. It's not even clever. It's not the way you can get the best out of all.

I don't marry myself to one workout routine, one workout style anymore, so today I want you to know that those glute bands, if you don't have them, go invest in them.

It's definitely worth it, and you're gonna hate it and then you're gonna love it.
