What’s my only real Training Goal?

Anything else is a waste.

The only training day goal is to SEIZE the TRAINING DAY.

No matter what happens i show up.

No matter what my mood is I choose to change it by choice.Ā 

I go against the grain and keep showing up to do what I commit to do for myself.Ā 

When it’s windy and the crowd tags along with the direction of the storm like a plastic bag caught in the middle of a tornado, I hold on to my own dedication and remember my WHY.Ā 

I hold back for no one, I find my own way, I’m here to do what it takes to be happy, healthy & enjoy every day.Ā 

I stay clear from distractions, I focus on what’s important.Ā 

I have everything I need to succeed:Ā 

A mind & a strong body .Ā 

I’m fearless.

I’m strong.

I’m patient.

I have my whole life to build myself up.

Every day is a gift, and I use my time, I don’t waste it.

Saturday Night!

Today was a 10 hours desktop marathon, not a forest walk, meditation & train at gym kind of day I had planned for!

I’m setting up an affiliate program for my platform and will invite my friends to participate in doing good work for promoting a healthier lifestyle by spreading the word!Ā 

Today I added a links to different pages in one place, started working on my website for blogs, coaching, bookings , scheduling events and webshop with my preferred brands & partners.Ā 

It was a good day to rest my body anyway, I’ve been training hard and well and forgot it’s been three months with no week off for more recovery.Ā 

I feel strong and energized.Ā 

I’m excited about my work and all I’m building on my platform.

The best times are always now & the moments to come.Ā 

I wrote my plan for managing my time tomorrow, not let myself sit and work the whole day away every day:Ā 

8-10 working on creating for website and adding two playlists on uscreen.

10-1 go gymĀ 

1-5 work on creatingĀ 

5-6 go to forest + prep dinnerĀ 

And then wind down.
