HELLO SUPERSTARS!
SO...I am making my IRON EAGLE MAGAZINE with the help of Chat GPT and I am working on it for 4-12-1 the Resilience program.

It is a lot of work and I enjoy it, but not when I feel stressed about the time it takes to create playlists and set up descriptions for all exercises.

Right now I am editing the playlist to show all the content in the videos so it is easy to find the moves, however uscreen has glitches today so I can't save my descriptions.

I hope to send out a cover for this magazine later today and this should motivate you to see the real strength in my way of delivering programs and content 2026.

Here is my rear shoulder warmup and strengthening routine with supersets: Back and forth prone shoulder raises on the floor superset with swimming style rear shoulder raises on the floor.

In between the shoulder exercises I train my abs with various moves.

First I start with curl-ups for abs. I show my advanced eccentric loading for stronger core too.

I do weighted V-ups for abs too, and the dumbbell acts as a counter weight to make my legs less heavy to lift.

Last superset in this shoulder and abs workout is my rear shoulder push away set with dumbbells combined with seated leg raises with dumbbell between my legs.

This is a great shoulder workout for you who need to get stronger in the rear shoulders and want thicker rectus abdominis.
