Why Laughter Saves me

Why do I laugh 10 minutes a day before I get out of bed?Why do I teach Laughter HIIT and Laughter Yoga? Why do I spend up to 30 minutes laughing all by myself?Because I don't want to be sad and waste my life on being depressed. I know my mind and it loves to draw darkness into my presence if I don't focus on the light to stay bright! When I laugh nothing else matters, I become the feeling, I become laughter. I lose my worries and my fears go away. I feel at peace and I love to extend that rush, that high daily. It's my favorite kind of meditation for self-awareness and conscious expansion. Why Laughter Saves me... I committed to meditation and daily laughter November 6th, 2019.I was sad for no real reason, I was angry and frustrated, I had a short temper and overreacted. It made me angry that I was not at happy every day even though I had achieved my life goals and should just be content.Fast forward to today, I have the same blue streak in me that always keeps me focused on maintaining my energy on a high.Only laughter can do this for me.In this video I share from the heart about the importance laughter is for me and why I'm teaching others how to be happy no matter what and how to master your mind and find joy every day with dedication to laughter. In this clip I share about my self relationship and how I choose laughter as my way to stay strong and stay present here and now day in and day out to seize every training day of living life like an adventure!

Hello Superstars, It's Sunday Blues time over here!

Do you struggle with sadness or depression? I want you to know I've always had to work on my mindset to stay out of the dark hole.

Sunday Blues is what I call my regular weekly visitor that kills my energy, makes me lose my faith in myself and pretty much question everything about life and what I'm doing.

My laughter yoga is a must for me to manage my mind, it's how I can find an escape from being inside my head and letting my intellect overthink and forget to keep things in perspective.

This past friday I fell suddenly real sick, I had a high fever, a horrible diarrhea ordeal (pardon for the overinformation) and just spent the bed hyperventilating. I spent the whole Saturday in bed.

When I'm under the weather my regular sadness tendencies get worse, you bet. Today I'm still not well but I got a commitment to do Laughter yoga in the park for 10 women, one is getting married, and this will just do me good.

If you wonder about my story regarding sadness and laughter yoga, here is a video I recorded recently.
