Hello happy thursday!

You know what I tell myself right now and every day when I get frustrated with tasks, work, you know, life things?

"Pauline, everything is better with a good attitude!".

I don't have a shitty day, I choose to see it as a practice of my character.

This is how I motivate myself to see every day as an opportunity to grow.

So, let's talk about resilience and working the program.

For me, the actual training is the most important thing to do.

To watch and learn the moves.

If you don't know what to do today, do seal rows!

Instead of anything else you have planned, do 5 sets of 15 reps with 1 min rest between the sets.

Then call it a day!
