Hello Hello!

Today I've been working on my Form check & 'how to train' page, I'll keep on with this important one tomorrow.

If you only knew how most people have no clue about how to lift! Even with 20 years + experience the gym rats in us can keep us from being REAL and SEE our true lifting because it's a pride thing to train like an athlete...

In my work as coach and trainer, I lead by example. There's no way I have ANY interest in training my ego the way I did in my younger life.

I'm grateful to have had a lot of injuries so I had no choice but to either quit training to gain strength and muscle, to SETTLE, OR learn better and stop letting my mind stop my evolution!

One of the big frustrations with online fitness communities is the resistance to relearn what we think we should know!

I remember very well the gym crowds allover the world and they all have the same pattern: ignorance is not bliss and people who train at gyms tend to compete with each other and use sloppy form past the young life era.

It's funny how correction and form checks is such a touchy subject for those who are not aware of why do it!

You'll get more out of your training! You'll be able to train instead of always sitting out from injuries..So...

I'm SO proud of my VIP clients who send me form check videos and meet me on our ZOOM or Whatsapp to actually go over them one by one.

I love this work as trainer, because I know the power of training with proper techniques.

Nobody needs more 'content', everyone needs to PRACTICE the workout and training videos I share. One workout doesn't make a any changes in strength or muscle gains.

Let me know what you think about my work SO far on this page!

Happy Monday!

I just invested in a iphone tripod with a camera that can rotate so I can film my training tips and hacks with BETTER setup!

Coming up: More Strength Training Education with me online!

Strength training requires real education.

When you know how to lift you gain more muscle....

You might have a lot of experience, but do you actually know how to train to gain and not just end up injured?

Did you ever film your lifts to see how you move? You'll probably get shocked realizing your form is off, range of motion is too small and you need to work on your mobility.

This is normal!

Everyone including myself need to check my ego and be real or I'll lose my athletic gains I want to make.

I teach you how to train beyond the basics.

You need to see how I lift, how I load my body and adjust angles, sets, reps and volume.

Instead of hiring a personal trainer who might not have much experience than you, you watch and practice with me online.

My training life evolves with life, I don't do 'same old' or accept 'chore workouts'.

I keep it interesting and rewarding for me so I show up to seize the training day every day!

3 Body transformation reminders:

  1. It takes longer time to notice progress in your body undressed compared to your body  dressed. Enjoy the changes you see and feel wearing your clothes  for a long time before you can expect the same feeling undressed.

  2. Focus on building strength and GAIN muscle definition, skip “losing weight” and “lose fat”. It’s more encouraging with adding positive than focusing on losses.

  1. It’s tough to start a body transformation journey without falling for perfectionism, you should prepare for setbacks and not always doing what you know is the best for you. You’re not giving yourself a pass to be too relaxed, you’re preventing feeling lost and in despair when/if/in case you drift away from your plan.

Bonus tips:

Keep in mind how challenging it truly is to make changes that last. If it wasn’t you’d not be here with need for support, help and encouragement. ❤️

The more you practice the less imperfect your routine will become.

The key is not to achieve perfection, it’s key to strive for learning better ways.

It’s essential to let go of believing the ideal is to never eat anything off plan or to never skip training, instead look at what ideal is for real: keep going keep relearning and keep growing.

Life’s a school not a graduation. ❤️

Here’s today’s work in case you want to see my progress I THOUGHT…

Be kind please..

I’m going over each link, each text, and it’s overwhelming but I’m doing it one day at a time.

I gotta go walk in the forest now to pause until tomorrow!
