Hello Superstars, It's Sunday Blues time over here!

Do you struggle with sadness or depression? I want you to know I've always had to work on my mindset to stay out of the dark hole.

Sunday Blues is what I call my regular weekly visitor that kills my energy, makes me lose my faith in myself and pretty much question everything about life and what I'm doing.

My laughter yoga is a must for me to manage my mind, it's how I can find an escape from being inside my head and letting my intellect overthink and forget to keep things in perspective.

This past friday I fell suddenly real sick, I had a high fever, a horrible diarrhea ordeal (pardon for the overinformation) and just spent the bed hyperventilating. I spent the whole Saturday in bed.

When I'm under the weather my regular sadness tendencies get worse, you bet. Today I'm still not well but I got a commitment to do Laughter yoga in the park for 10 women, one is getting married, and this will just do me good.

Welcome to my Beginner's Build Your Body Program!

Don't know where to start? Try this program!

This beginner friendly Fitness video routine will strengthen your muscles, improve coordination and increase your mind-muscle connection.

The workouts in the playlist repeat 3 times, which means you're repeating each training session to grow stronger and progress properly. Random working out with no structure is inefficient.

Take note of how you feel and how your body adapts with each repetition! It's amazing what consistent training can do and now you're working with a system that will build a solid fitness foundation.

This Build Your Body Program feature the following workouts

  • Warmup routine

  • Golfer's routine 1, 2 & 3 (full body reboot routines)

  • Superset Legs, Pelvic Floor & Back

  • Full Body Blast

Different ways for how to follow the program

  1. Start with workout day 1 for your first training day, then day 2 for workout day 2, complete all 12 workouts within one month.

  2. If you're advanced you can use the workouts as warmups for your tougher training plan.

  3. For more intense workouts, progress with the Full Body Blast 1-3 times per week combined with the Superset Legs, Pelvic Floor & Back routine 1-3 times per week for 2-4 weeks.

  4. The 10 minutes workout commitment is to support you who do not have more time to set apart for fitness training.

  5. You can combine the warmup workouts with other training videos too, you're limitless and you can't do wrong!

  6. You can use the bonus book program FD7 included for an alternative routine.

Set a goal to complete a total of 12 workouts in total within 4 weeks!

The K.I.S.S Parsnips, Zucchini, garlics with a salad on the side POBO dinner. How can I be in heaven to eat this basic dinner?

This is heaven for me, every day is paradise because I get to eat!

A lean body becomes less greedy for fancy food, it's literally happiness to have a bowl of anything to feel full and not hungry.

When it's defeed 2 refeed there's a slight difference beteen the diet days eating for maintaining my lean body or getting leaner, and refueling with a surplus.

Parsnips and I are back in love, I had a few months last year where it was parsnips every dinner and I was madly infatuated!

And then as you can tell, I found another love story I kept living out until that one started to grow old on me.

It's important you hang out with me to learn from my documentary style coaching so you master the rhythm of hunger and appetite, stop relying on diet trackers and forget about perfecting your macros!

You gotta want to enjoy life, not sabotage it by insisting on being a diet police for yourself!

The joy of eating simple meals become stronger and stronger the longer I keep living my healthy lifestyle.

In this video I share about how why is this considered a defeed meal not a refeed dinner and why staying lean becomes more fun and rewarding the longer you live the lifestyle my Fighterdiet way!

I know my clients and I communicate consistently with you to assure you keep up training without wasting time or get distracted.

Real training life requires dedication to a program, it is not wise to randomly pick a fun workout out from a collection if you have goals or want to make progress with your fitness training routine.

In my work as your online personal trainer and coach I've noticed that you need more leadership and guidance for productive training.
