Welcome to FD8 New Years Fitness Program 2026 Nordin introduced her FD8 program she's coaching, which will guide participants through a 2025 New Year's program using Zoom meetings and broadcasts on Instagram, YouTube, and U screen. She emphasized that the focus is on enjoying the fitness journey rather than treating it as a challenge with a specific end date. Nordin explained that the program is not a cookie-cutter approach but a manual and guide for participants to create their own fitness routine that works for their schedule and lifestyle. She stressed the importance of being present in the fitness journey and enjoying the process of repetition and daily routine.Comprehensive Fitness Program OverviewNordin presented a comprehensive fitness program, outlining an 8 week workout system with customizable options and emphasizing the importance of proper form and technique. She discussed the program's structure, including exercise lists, cardio routines, and nutrition guidelines, while encouraging participants to consult with her for personalized advice. Nordin also highlighted the importance of self-reflection and goal-setting, and provided various ways for participants to reach out to her for support and guidance.Practical Nutrition for Fitness SuccessNordin discussed the FighterDiet approach, emphasizing the importance of simplifying nutrition and avoiding overtracking of macros. She introduced the K.I.S.S Fighterdiet food basket system and encouraged studying the FighterDiet materials, including videos and meal plans, to gain diet epiphanies. Nordin stressed the significance of learning to cook at home and developing a healthy relationship with food, rather than relying on meal delivery services. She also highlighted the importance of mindset and self-awareness in achieving fitness goals, concluding with a reminder that health is built on nutrition and encouraging attendees to focus on making mindful food choices.Next stepsAll participants: Download and review the 2025 New Year's program guide, reflect on personal goals, and consider what causes them to fall off previous programsAll participants: Study the "defeed to refeed" nutrition section and related guidelines in the program materials. All participants: Join scheduled form checks on Instagram Live and Zoom Meetings to upload and review training form. All participants: Reach out to Nordin (via WhatsApp or Instagram DMs) or Pauline at fighterdiet.com for one-on-one consultations as needed. All participants: Attend group sessions on Zoom and Friday Instagram meetings for support and to address confusion or feeling overwhelmed.Nordin: Lead and host scheduled Zoom Meetings, Instagram Live sessions, and group meetings for program support.

10 Tips to let go of Weight loss Diet culture habits

  1. Accept it feels like you’re losing control when you let go of what appears to be ‘to have control’

  2. Accept healthy eating for life will be like practicing a diet project until you feel confident that you can trust yourself!

  3. Remember you need ‘a diet’ until you die to fuel your body and mind, it’s time to want to love the one you choose!

  4. Start small, start changing your daily eating without that ‘start over’ mentality. You don’t restart life, you keep living, the same goes for fitness and nutrition

  5. Eating well is like a muscle, it gets stronger the more you practice it and the longer you keep it up the stronger you feel and look

  6. Eliminate your food elimination list from your life! It’s time to ask yourself what you truly love to eat and build trust around having some of it now and then without guilt or fat regain.

  7. Stop relying on the body scale to see how well you’re eating. The scale reflects your lifestyle over time, so if you simply focus on the ‘doing’ you need no scale to be your diet police.

  8. When you give up on tracking your waist and skip stepping on the scale it’s important to take note of your choices in nutrition, your workouts and how you feel. You need to monitor your daily attention to practice and keep going. It’s very easy to forget and fall into old habits.

  9. Accept that as a human you have free will and that means you might want to cheat on your own commitment. To end self sabotage and self defeat you have to give yourself a chance to ‘have a talk’ with yourself when you get tempted.

  10. Be aware of your negative affirmations that impact your motivation in healthy eating! Instead of ‘I can’t have any ice cream because I end up eating 3 gallons in a day’, tell yourself ‘I love ice cream and that’s ok, I can have a little bit today, tomorrow too, the next day and all days of my life if I want. But today, I’ll skip it!’.
The point is to reduce the risk of feeling like you must seize the opportunity to enjoy what you crave right now since it’ll never come around again.
