ARE YOU EATING HEALTHY BUT NOT GETTING LEAN?

How do you actually set up a meal plan with bread, get lean, satisfy your cravings — and not sabotage your body transformation progress?

That’s what I’m coaching about in the Fighterdiet Daily Bread Practice.

How much bread fits? Do you need the whole loaf? What are you putting on it? Is it really the bread you’re craving, or the whole sandwich? Where do protein and vegetables fit? When do you eat your bread? And how does bread fit differently into your Defeed and refeed?

Eating healthy isn’t enough if you don’t have the structure to get lean.

And getting lean doesn’t mean bread has to become a forbidden food.

The goal is to understand your nutrition well enough to build the bread you actually want into your meal plan, satisfy your cravings, get lean, stay on track with your body transformation — and create a way of eating you actually enjoy.

That’s The Hunt for the Daily Bread!

FIGHTERDIET K.I.S.S | THE DAILY BREAD PRACTICE

Hello Fighterdiet Warriors!THE HUNT FOR THE DAILY BREADCan you tell which one is mine? Ha! The one that is NOT living up to food body beauty ideals! This upcoming Fighterdiet Practice is about something very simple: making bread fit into your daily nutrition when your goal is to get lean and actually feel satisfied. This is the opposite of perfect bakery bread. This is not “diet food.”This is DAILY BREAD you can enjoy while getting lean and staying lean. We’re making bread at home, and it’s going to be so simple that even I can make bread happen. And you know me: I KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE.In November, I’m launching the Fighterdiet K.I.S.S. practice THE DAILY BREAD, and I’ll be leading the practice with you—showing you how to simplify getting lean while still getting the satisfaction you want from your food.I’ll teach you how bread fits into the bigger Fighterdiet picture:Your protein.Your calorie budget.Your vegetable PNRDI and food volume.Your hunger.Your satisfaction. And how to fit the foods you love into your diet without sabotaging the results you’re working for.Because just because something is healthy doesn’t automatically mean it’s going to get you lean. It’s not only about eating nutritiously.Your diet also needs to produce the results you want. And don't you want to live in Fighterdiet heaven on earth rather than in a DIET PRISON?!Let's keep it super simple. You crave bread and you want to get lean. Now we have the terms and we make the strategy fit.The goal is NOT to spend your life resisting every temptation, trying to eliminate every craving and pretending you’ll never want your favorite foods again. You'll never last and if you do, what a pity to enjoy less when you can enjoy it all!I teach you how to enjoy your diet by finding ways to include foods you genuinely love to eat, not just 'what Pauline thinks is best'. This is about YOU, not me. I just help you figure it out sooner rather than later! That is what I want to practice with you.I’m inviting you to get creative in the kitchen and lower your expectations of culinary perfection. Perfection is being able to enjoy your daily diet while getting the results you want in your body!Look at my decades of documentary evidence: my homemade meals, my baking experiments, my very un-perfect food photography. As you can tell I'm all about the taste experience and the way my mind is in pure bliss when I get to eat what I create. Every day! There will be NO FOOD BODY SHAMING here.Make it.Experiment.Show me.Be proud of it.I’m excited to coach you through the practice, give you feedback, and see what you come up with. There is no pressure. There is no expectation of perfection.Just practice and enjoy it.Imagine actually looking forward to your Daily Bread the same way you see me look forward to my Fighterdiet bowl every single day. That is the kind of diet I believe you can maintain.THE HUNT FOR THE DAILY BREAD guide and practice launches November 1.Join Seize the Training Day now, get your Member Starter Bundle, start practicing the fitness lifestyle with me, and be ready to join us in November. And until then?Keep practicing.MASTER THE POBO is our current Fighterdiet Practice. One practice at a time. One training day at a time. One lifestyle you can actually keep.Oh, and check out my back workout I'm making for the next focus training program for November: BACK MUSCLE LOVE HANDLES!Seizethetrainingday.com

GET LEAN STAY LEAN PRACTICE COMING UP: THE DAILY BREAD!

Imagine actually looking forward to your Daily Bread the same way you see me look forward to my Fighterdiet bowl every single day.

That is the kind of diet I believe you can maintain.

THE HUNT FOR THE DAILY BREAD guide and practice launches November 1!

Can't wait to coach you about this and support your creating your diet bliss your way.

WIDER LATS | BACK TRAINING | BUILD MUSCLE LOVE HANDLES

THE BACK MUSCLE LOVE HANDLES WORKOUTDo you want to create the illusion of a tiny waist and build a classic physique silhouette?Awesome. That is one of my favorite things to work on: muscle details I build one training day at a time.In this video, I show you how I target my lats and, in particular, how I try to find the exact area I want to wake up and build thicker.Something to know about me, your trainer and coach, Pauline: when I find a body part I want to chisel, I make a training program for it.It is that natural “fitness life happens by the moment” way I live—and now you’re in it.My moment of:“Wait. Where are my lower lats hiding?! I can’t see you!”turned into my current training love story.I’m all into building my muscle love handles right now, and I’m creating a new 4-week 4-12-1 Back Training program for you to try once I’ve completed my own program and made sure it is productive, efficient, and actually moving me toward more muscle mass exactly where I want it.Now remember: nobody builds a significant amount of new muscle in a few weeks unless you’re a beginner with the gene pool of a muscle monster.Strength gains usually show up before noticeable increases in muscle size.So hang in there and start thinking in terms of training periods instead of expecting every few weeks to produce a completely different physique.Keep progressing. Keep accumulating productive training. Keep making muscle gains. If you’re serious about building your own fitness physique, make one of the most important commitments you can make to yourself:INVEST A WHOLE YEAR IN YOUR MASTERPIECE.And don’t let yourself off the hook because building takes time. You have your whole life to keep building your body. There is no urgency. The training, eating, sleeping, practicing, adjusting, and showing up all accumulate. Eventually you look at your body and have real evidence of a transformation that was built by YOU—one training day at a time.So keep training.Keep working it.Keep enjoying the daily lifestyle of:EAT. TRAIN. SLEEP. REPEAT.

THE BACK MUSCLE LOVE HANDLES WORKOUT

Do you want to create the illusion of a tiny waist and build a classic physique silhouette?

Awesome. That is one of my favorite things to work on: muscle details I build one training day at a time.

In this video, I show you how I target my lats and, in particular, how I try to find the exact area I want to wake up and build thicker.

Something to know about me, your trainer and coach, Pauline: when I find a body part I want to chisel, I make a training program for it.

It is that natural “fitness life happens by the moment” way I live—and now you’re in it.

My moment of:

“Wait. Where are my lower lats hiding?! I can’t see you!”

turned into my current training love story.

I’m all into building my muscle love handles right now, and I’m creating a new 4-week 4-12-1 Back Training program for you to try once I’ve completed my own program and made sure it is productive, efficient, and actually moving me toward more muscle mass exactly where I want it.

Now remember: nobody builds a significant amount of new muscle in a few weeks unless you’re a beginner with the gene pool of a muscle monster.

Strength gains usually show up before noticeable increases in muscle size.

So hang in there and start thinking in terms of training periods instead of expecting every few weeks to produce a completely different physique.

Keep progressing. Keep accumulating productive training. Keep making muscle gains.

If you’re serious about building your own fitness physique, make one of the most important commitments you can make to yourself:

INVEST A WHOLE YEAR IN YOUR MASTERPIECE.

And don’t let yourself off the hook because building takes time.

You have your whole life to keep building your body.

There is no urgency.

The training, eating, sleeping, practicing, adjusting, and showing up all accumulate. Eventually you look at your body and have real evidence of a transformation that was built by YOU—one training day at a time.

So keep training.
Keep working it.
Keep enjoying the daily lifestyle of:

EAT. TRAIN. SLEEP. REPEAT.

MY FIGHTERDIET POBO DINNER | KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE

Welcome to my POBO dinner for the night! This is my real Fighterdiet home cooking.Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated.I make a huge batch of vegetables, season them, add measured Parmesan and turn it into a dinner that gives me the food volume I want.If you eat less than I do, even better. You now have rollover vegetables ready for tomorrow. That is part of keeping Fighterdiet super simple: cook enough once so you do not need to start over at every meal.I also practice what I call conscious ignorance.I do not obsess over measuring cauliflower, garlic and seasoning. But I do measure the foods I know can quickly add a lot of calories, like Parmesan and oil.Know what matters.Measure what matters.Keep the rest simple. Then I build in the foods I actually want.I like dessert at night, so I make a high-volume protein dessert instead of designing a diet around pretending I do not have cravings. That is POBO in practice:Prevent Overeating By Overeating.Create enough satisfying food volume, get your protein, account for your calories and build a routine you actually want to repeat. This is also what I want you to see as we move into more Fighterdiet practice together. You are not here just to follow another meal plan for a few weeks.I want you to learn the system behind it so you can practice it in your own life.We will also be practicing Defeed 2 Refeed and Master the POBO over and over with different protocols and meal plans I'm creating for you!Gain muscle.Get lean.Stay lean.Keep it super simple.Keep practicing!

Welcome to my POBO dinner for the night!

This is my real Fighterdiet home cooking.

Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated.

I make a huge batch of vegetables, season them, add measured Parmesan and turn it into a dinner that gives me the food volume I want.

If you eat less than I do, even better.

You now have rollover vegetables ready for tomorrow.

That is part of keeping Fighterdiet super simple: cook enough once so you do not need to start over at every meal.

I also practice what I call conscious ignorance.

I do not obsess over measuring cauliflower, garlic and seasoning.

But I do measure the foods I know can quickly add a lot of calories, like Parmesan and oil.

Know what matters.

Measure what matters.

Keep the rest simple.

Then I build in the foods I actually want.

I like dessert at night, so I make a high-volume protein dessert instead of designing a diet around pretending I do not have cravings.

That is POBO in practice:

Prevent Overeating By Overeating.

Create enough satisfying food volume, get your protein, account for your calories and build a routine you actually want to repeat.

This is also what I want you to see as we move into more Fighterdiet practice together.

You are not here just to follow another meal plan for a few weeks.

I want you to learn the system behind it so you can practice it in your own life.

We will also be practicing Defeed 2 Refeed and Master the POBO over and over with different protocols and meal plans I'm creating for you!

Gain muscle.

Get lean.

Stay lean.

Keep it super simple.

Keep practicing!

WIDER LATS BACK WORKOUT: LOWER LATS FOCUS

This is one of my back training workouts I use to build wider lats, with extra focus on the lower lat area.

You can’t pinpoint or completely isolate one part of a muscle, but I can change my setup, execution and focus to try to emphasize an area more.

I pay attention to where I feel the movement, whether I’m getting stronger, and whether I see more muscle development and definition over time.

That’s how I train as a bodybuilder.

I build my body by paying attention to detail and continuing to target the areas I want to develop more.

This is how I build and chisel my physique!

In this workout, I’m focusing on my lats and trying to get more out of the lower lat area.

Check out my back training workouts designed to build muscle size, not just strength.

If you want to gain muscle and build your body according to your own physique goals, you need consistency. That’s why I recommend trying my way and committing to at least 3 months of focused back training.

I love training my back. I always want wider lats to flex.

If you can relate, let’s go.

Check out more of my  back training routines, like the REAL BACK WORKOUTS | GAIN MUSCLE | 100 REPS but first, try this workout!
